Handcrafted Candles:

  • Please note that all handcrafted candles are made to order and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded. Each of these candles is uniquely crafted, reflecting our dedication to artisanal quality and attention to detail.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help. Please contact us via email at lumierebykasey@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To expedite the process, kindly provide photo evidence of the damaged or defective item along with your email. This will help us assess the issue promptly and provide the necessary assistance.

Replacement Process:

  • Upon receiving your email and reviewing the provided evidence, we will determine the appropriate course of action.
  • If the item is eligible for a replacement due to damage or defect, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping for Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We understand that returning damaged or defective items can be inconvenient. Therefore, we do not require shipping of the item back to us.

Lost or Stolen Items:

  • We may not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or returned due to incorrect, invalid or missing address details including but not limited to misspelled or omitted street numbers, name, or apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers.
