-Candle care(Teddy Bear Pillar Candle)-

• Our candles are primarily designed for decorative purposes. If you choose to light them, exercise caution and place candles on a plate before burning to avoid wax seeping onto surfaces.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting, and allow the wax to pool evenly for an optimal burn. 
• REMOVE all decorative items before lighting the candle (such as tags, ribbon, etc).
• Frosting is a byproduct of a natural wax, and is caused by the growth of tiny crystals on the surfaces of the wax. 
  All soy wax will frost over time, but luckily frosting is solely an aesthetic issue and does not affect the way your candle burns or smells.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

-Candle Care(Ribbon 7oz Jar Candle)-

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• When lighting for the first time burn until wax melts across the entire surface to the sides of the jar (this prevents tunneling, and creates an even burn for the duration of the candle’s life) This may take up to 2-4 hours.
• Do not burn your candle all the way down.  Always leave at least ½ inch of non-molten wax at the bottom.
• We recommend trimming them to 1/4th or to 1/8th of an inch each time. Invest in a good pair of wick trimmers that will cut and remove the excess wick cleanly.
• Extinguish candle with a snuffer, or dip wick into melted wax and then straighten wick to prevent smoking and also prevent hot wax from splattering. 
• Avoid using the lid to smother the flame or blow out, as it can release smoke and create soot.
